This is a black and white (and shades of gray) theme, heavily inspired by the default look of the LG P940 phone, and using some of its application icons, meant to be applied to CyanogenMod 9 devices (phones or tablets)
It will probably work on other CM derivatives (or other Android versions using the CM/T-Mobile theme engine), but for those it is untested by the author.
