So, I have bought GT-S6500D, and can start porting CM9 for it. There is already some progress (see below). I created this thread as a place of discussion for enthusiasts/developers who want to help with their ideas. I will keep this thread updated and inform you about the progress.
What's working (from the things that were tested)
* Full GPU acceleration
* RIL?
* Touchscreen
* Multitouch
* Audio
* ADB
* Mounting of internal/external storage
* UMS
* Keypad lights (still some bugs with brightness control)
Currently touch keypad is not working, so it makes touchscreen buggy.

Is this still in development? Btw will it support tv out by mhl or rcb? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteWell currently is CM10 in development (TheWhisp is OP of thread and he now develops CM10 for this phone). I don't know a lot about MHL or RCB support because I think that kernel need to be version 3.x or something like that.
